An alarm you have to earn your way out of. WakeQuest keeps ringing until you finish the challenge you chose the night before — so by the time the room is quiet again, you are actually awake.
Set an alarm, pick a challenge and a difficulty, and choose how many rounds you have to clear. When it goes off, finishing the challenge is the only way to stop it. No thoughtless swipe at a dismiss button while half asleep.
Solve arithmetic, copy a phrase with no autocorrect to lean on, repeat a growing pattern from memory, shake the phone until the meter fills — or scan a QR code you registered in advance, so switching the alarm off means walking to the kitchen.
